Learning will always be at the heart of the Forum, but in 2025, we introduced exclusive new ways to engage, connect, and immerse yourself at the event. Plus, there were some incredible prizes up for grabs!

Vesaro Racing Simulators
Formula 1 full motion simulator – The fastest time won 2x F1 British Grand Prix tickets, courtesy of F1 Experiences.
WRC full motion simulator – The fastest time won 2x WRC Sardinia VIP tickets.
Static simulator – The fastest time won 2 VIP hospitality passes for MotoGP Germany at Sachsenring, courtesy of ADAC.
We also had a ‘Beat the Champion’ competition with Envision Racing Formula E driver Sébastien Buemi. The top player won 2 tickets for the Formula E London E-Prix!
VIP Dinner
Taking place the evening before the Forum, our VIP Dinner, in partnership with Right Hub, was designed to foster meaningful connections and set the stage for the insights that will follow at the main event.

Networking Drinks
Alongside various networking opportunities during the day, our celebratory post-event networking drinks, supported by Peroni Nastro Azzurro, are a fantastic way to conclude the event!
Women & Non-Binary Meet-Up
A dedicated meet-up for women and non-binary sports executives, supported by SportsPro NEW ERA. It’s the perfect chance to connect with like-minded attendees and grab some refreshments before the sessions start.
Technical Lunch
In addition to the technical-focused on-stage content and networking opportunities at the Forum, we hosted an invite-only lunch for professionals in the technical and engineering sectors.
D-BOX Motion Zone
The D-BOX Motion Zone is a small, pop-up style cinema that features seats powered by D-BOX’s motion technology, allowing attendees to feel what it’s like to get behind the wheel of a race car.
Scalextric Track
Attendees experiences some fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled fun, courtesy of Think Scalextric Events & Track Builders.
The top player won a bottle of champagne.
Marbula One Race Track
Attendees took part in a high-speed marble racing series, inspired by the F1 Australian Grand Prix.
The top of the leaderboard won 2 general admission tickets to the F1 Hungarian Grand Prix!
'Lights Out' Game
Attendees tested their skills on our reaction game via our event app. 1st place received a mini LEGO McLaren MP4/4 and Ayrton Senna, as well as a bottle of champagne.
Piing Game
Attendees took part in our interactive game ‘Piing’ before the sessions resumed on both stages.
The top of the leaderboard won a bottle of champagne.
