Kate Beavan

Strategic Advisor & Founder

Kate qualified as a lawyer in private practice in Oxford and began in motorsport working for Tom Walkinshaw at the TWR Group – a renowned automotive consultancy, racing group and owner of the Arrows Formula 1 Team.

In 2003, Kate was recruited by Bernie Ecclestone at Formula One Management where she worked in various commercial and legal capacities around, brand protection, brand licencing, partnerships, hospitality and CSR including the creation of the F1 in Schools programme – now the world’s biggest school aged STEM challenge.

In 2017, Kate was appointed Global Director of the Hospitality and Experiences division where she set out to re-invent high end hospitality in Formula 1 including new initiatives such as the hugely successful ‘F1 Experiences’ concept. Kate left Formula 1 in 2021 and set up New Quebec Advisory where she works with existing and new sponsors, suppliers and investors across sport.

Kate is most proud to have helped found (and is Main Board Advisor to) More Than Equal; a game changing not for profit organisation founded by David Coulthard and Karel Komarek and whose purpose is to find and develop the first female Formula 1 World Champion.

Dan Rossomondo


Dan Rossomondo is Chief Commercial Officer at MotoGP overseeing media distribution, digital, partnerships and marketing. He is focused on optimising the business of the sport and to widen its global appeal. Before his appointment he spent close to 17 years at the NBA in New York.

Paul Gandolfi

VP, Business Development

Paul leads the global sales team across all of Ferrari’s racing properties, including F1, Endurance, eSports and Academy.

Ali Donnelly


Ali Donnelly is the CEO of More than Equal, an organisation dedicated to finding the first female Formula 1 world champion. She joined More than Equal with wide experience in sport, communications and marketing.

At Sport England she was an Executive Director, looking after marketing, communications, digital and innovation. In her time there, she led communications for some of the most high-profile moments in UK sport including the publication of the Whyte Review, which explored abuse in British Gymnastics, while she also oversaw major campaigns including the award winning This Girl Can which encourages women and girls to be more active.

Prior to this she held senior communications roles for the UK Government, where her positions included Deputy Official Spokesperson and Head of News for Prime Minister Theresa May at Downing Street and Head of News at HM Treasury.

She has also held senior communications and marketing roles at Premiership rugby club Wasps and BBC. She is heavily involved in women’s rugby in a variety of roles, including founding the award-winning website Scrumqueens.com and she has recently published the first book exploring the 100 years + history of the game.

Frederic Lequien


Frederic Lequien (51 years old) started his career in advertising agency in 1998, then, in 2000 he moved to Eurosport International and became sponsorship manager in Eurosport Events (FIA GT / ETCC / RENAULT WORLD SERIES).

In 2004 he joined ASO, the Dakar rally and Tour de France owner, and became Dakar deputy motorsport Director in 2007. In 2011, Frederic launched his own company dedicated to sporting organisations events. From January 21, Frederic was appointed CEO of Le Mans Endurance Management (FIA World Endurance Championship/ ELMS / ALMS).

Stephanie Travers

Senior Development Officer

Stephanie Travers Senior Development Officer at Mission 44 and Deputy Team Principal at X44. Stephanie is a former Senior Trackside Fluid Engineer who co-managed the Petronas Trackside Laboratory.

Melissa Noakes

Head of Sponsorship & Events

Melissa is the Head of Sponsorship & Events for Santander UK. She has delivered award winning global brand experiences and sponsorship activations for Santander, Sony Mobile/Sony Ericsson, Sony, Shell, L’Oreal, Budweiser, Jack Daniels, and Disney to name just a few. Her passion for the industry led her to co-found Elevate, the UK’s largest mentoring program for the events industry, which has now supported over 1,500 event professionals in their career development.

Gareth Morgan is the Global Marketing Manager for Peroni Nastro Azzurro Partnerships at Asahi Europe & International. Leadership of the Peroni Nastro Azzurro global partnership strategy – including purpose, narrative, measurement and evaluation.

Rob Smedley


Rob Smedley is founder of Global Karting League, an all-new low-cost karting championship providing an affordable pathway to the top of motorsport for 6-17-year olds. With close to 25 years’ experience working at the coal face of F1 engineering for some of the sport’s biggest and most successful race teams, Rob’s previous roles include stints as race engineer at Scuderia Ferrari, head of performance engineering at Williams Racing, and director of data systems at Formula 1. In his illustrious career as a racing engineer, he has worked alongside the biggest talents in the sport, including Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa, contributing significantly to the successes of both drivers. Rob is also Amazon Web Services (AWS) F1 consultant, providing strategic counsel for AWS’s partnership with Formula 1 and accelerating the development of go-to-market activations.

Aoife Moran

Sports Marketing Lead, EUI

Aoife is a seasoned professional in the realm of sports marketing, currently serving as the Sports Marketing Lead for EUI at TikTok. With nearly 10 years of experience spanning brand and advertising, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Aoife’s career trajectory has consistently been driven by her passion for sports, which has led her to positions where this passion serves as a focal point. In her current capacity, she leads strategic partnerships across the region, including notable collaborations with entities such as Aston Martin.

Marc Priestley

TV Presenter, Speaker, Author and Former F1 Mechanic

Marc Priestley is the industry leading speaker, business consultant, coach & mentor from the high performance world of Formula One. He’s also a television presenter & founder of the hugely successful Pitlane Life Lessons Podcast.

After a decade with the globally renowned McLaren Group as a senior figure in engineering & management at one of F1’s most successful teams, Marc now shares his insights & learnings with businesses & events around the world. Using 1st hand experience in the elite pitstop crew, changing wheels in less than 2 seconds, & winning World Championships with superstars like Lewis Hamilton, Marc teaches the mindset & strategy required to make accurate, pressurised decisions fast, whilst constantly performing at the highest level.

This includes developing the strategy behind their groundbreaking sponsorship of purpose-led electric motorsports series, Extreme E.

Adam Carter

Engineering Director, Performance

Adam has more than 25 years of motorsport engineering experience at multiple leading teams and organisations within the industry. Adam’s early career majored in trackside operations and performance that instilled a deep drive for marginal gain performance that Adam took forward to multiple successful pinnacle motorsport programmes, ascending through organisations as Chief Designer, Programme Director and Engineering Director. In early 2023, Adam joined Aston Martin Performance Technologies as Engineering Director, leading the performance and niche programmes.

Jean-François Toulisse

Head of Partnerships, Marketing & Communication

Jean-François is the Head of Partnerships, Marketing & Communication at TotalEnergies Motorsport Division (since 2018). Jean-François has spent 25 years at TotalEnergies working on Marketing and communication for several activities (gas station network, LPG, Lubricants).

Tim Silvey

Head of Talent at WTF1 Talent, Podcaster, Founder and Motorsport Business Consultant

A business owner and agency consultant with 16 years in F1 sponsorship, driver management, venue management and more recently media, Tim is the founder of MotorMouth, a web, app, events and motorsport podcast business working with some of the biggest names in the sport. He’s activated sponsorships with the likes of Epson and Mercedes Petronas, Hilton and McLaren right back to ING Bank with Renault F1 and Toyota Panasonic before that. Now Head of Talent at newly formed WTF1 Talent, part of The Race Media, shining a light on and developing the booming F1 content creator industry, Tim now plays a key role in The Race’s senior commercial team.

Alex Jacques

Formula 1 Commentator

Alex Jacques is an award winning Formula 1 commentator. Across his decade long broadcasting career, he has called motorsports biggest races including the Monaco Grand Prix, Indy 500 and Le Mans 24 hours. He currently leads the commentary for F1TV and Channel 4.

Alex was also named ‘Broadcast Sport commentator of the year’ in 2022.
