Following the success of the inaugural FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, Prazer’s role as Chief Commercial Officer was expanded, and she now oversees all commercial activities for both the Las Vegas Grand Prix and Formula 1.

Ali Donnelly is the CEO of More than Equal, an organisation dedicated to finding the first female Formula 1 world champion. She joined More than Equal with wide experience in sport, communications and marketing.
At Sport England she was an Executive Director, looking after marketing, communications, digital and innovation. In her time there, she led communications for some of the most high-profile moments in UK sport including the publication of the Whyte Review, which explored abuse in British Gymnastics, while she also oversaw major campaigns including the award winning This Girl Can which encourages women and girls to be more active.
Prior to this she held senior communications roles for the UK Government, where her positions included Deputy Official Spokesperson and Head of News for Prime Minister Theresa May at Downing Street and Head of News at HM Treasury.
She has also held senior communications and marketing roles at Premiership rugby club Wasps and BBC. She is heavily involved in women’s rugby in a variety of roles, including founding the award-winning website Scrumqueens.com and she has recently published the first book exploring the 100 years + history of the game.

Kate qualified as a lawyer in private practice in Oxford and began in motorsport working for Tom Walkinshaw at the TWR Group – a renowned automotive consultancy, racing group and owner of the Arrows Formula 1 Team.
In 2003, Kate was recruited by Bernie Ecclestone at Formula One Management where she worked in various commercial and legal capacities around, brand protection, brand licencing, partnerships, hospitality and CSR including the creation of the F1 in Schools programme – now the world’s biggest school aged STEM challenge.
In 2017, Kate was appointed Global Director of the Hospitality and Experiences division where she set out to re-invent high end hospitality in Formula 1 including new initiatives such as the hugely successful ‘F1 Experiences’ concept. Kate left Formula 1 in 2021 and set up New Quebec Advisory where she works with existing and new sponsors, suppliers and investors across sport.
Kate is most proud to have helped found (and is Main Board Advisor to) More Than Equal; a game changing not for profit organisation founded by David Coulthard and Karel Komarek and whose purpose is to find and develop the first female Formula 1 World Champion.

Frederic Lequien (51 years old) started his career in advertising agency in 1998, then, in 2000 he moved to Eurosport International and became sponsorship manager in Eurosport Events (FIA GT / ETCC / RENAULT WORLD SERIES).
In 2004 he joined ASO, the Dakar rally and Tour de France owner, and became Dakar deputy motorsport Director in 2007. In 2011, Frederic launched his own company dedicated to sporting organisations events. From January 21, Frederic was appointed CEO of Le Mans Endurance Management (FIA World Endurance Championship/ ELMS / ALMS).

Chad Seigler is NASCAR Chief International Officer, overseeing all commercial and business operations for NASCAR’s international platforms.
Seigler and his team are tasked with developing and growing NASCAR’s reach across the globe, including NASCAR’s four international series – NASCAR Pinty’s Series in Canada, NASCAR Mexico Series, NASCAR Whelen Euro Series and NASCAR Brasil Sprint Race.
In his previous position as Vice President, Business Development, Seigler played a critical role securing Monster Energy as entitlement partner of NASCAR’s premier series. He was responsible for developing business strategy and revenue generation for NASCAR.
He also served as Vice President, Team Marketing Services, functioning as a liaison to all NASCAR teams across three national series as well as an advisor to team owners, track presidents and NASCAR drivers. He managed details of more than 90 live events at 27 race tracks across the country.

Rob Smedley is founder of Global Karting League, an all-new low-cost karting championship providing an affordable pathway to the top of motorsport for 6-17-year olds. With close to 25 years’ experience working at the coal face of F1 engineering for some of the sport’s biggest and most successful race teams, Rob’s previous roles include stints as race engineer at Scuderia Ferrari, head of performance engineering at Williams Racing, and director of data systems at Formula 1. In his illustrious career as a racing engineer, he has worked alongside the biggest talents in the sport, including Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa, contributing significantly to the successes of both drivers. Rob is also Amazon Web Services (AWS) F1 consultant, providing strategic counsel for AWS’s partnership with Formula 1 and accelerating the development of go-to-market activations.

Sherif Al Mahdy is the Chief Commercial Officer at Bahrain International Circuit. He took on his position in 2022, having previously held the role of Commercial Director for ten years. Over that time, has helped revamp the commercial proposition at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”.
His responsibilities cover all aspects of commercial development at the Circuit, including major events, karting, corporate and retail sales, sponsorship, merchandise and marketing and PR. Prior to his commercial role, Sherif was BIC’s Senior Manager of Sporting and Championships for close to six years. He played a key role in the rise of several national and regional championships, including the Chevrolet Supercars Championship Middle East, the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Middle East and the BIC 2,000cc Challenge. In particular, his work to help bring Lechner Racing to Bahrain led to the creation of the most professional and successful one-make GT series in the region, which is still going strong to this day.

Specialising in motorsport and predominantly Formula One, Laura is one of the lead presenters for F1TV, presenting the action from Grands Prix all over the world, both anchoring the coverage and reporting from the paddock.
Branching off-road, she is also the on-site reporter for Extreme E, bringing the viewer to the heart of the electrifying action in some of the most remote corners of the planet, championing messages of gender equality and drawing awareness to climate change.

During her career, Annastiina has closely observed – and also personally experienced – the challenges relating to sustainable performance in an uncertain, high pressure, fast paced global context. After working in top management consulting and experiencing burnout, she was faced with profound questions of balance and meaning. She found answers in a transformation that involved running 250km (155 mile) ultra-races in deserts, and later joined Hintsa Performance as an entrepreneur, helping people unlock a life of meaning and sustainable high performance.
She has worked with a clientele ranging from Formula 1 drivers to female entrepreneurs in rural Guatemala, top CEOs, and leading politicians. She speaks and facilitates workshops around the world, including hosting the Hintsa Performance session in the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos 2018. She is particularly interested in what it will take for companies and individuals to thrive in the fourth industrial revolution, the role of women and millennials in shaping the future of work, and the business case for wellbeing.

Tom brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at British Cycling, where he served as the Head of Performance Pathways for five years. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping elite talent development, notably introducing pathways for BMX racing and freestyle park disciplines.
Stanton, who will spearhead the team, has spent 20 years as part of the Olympic and Paralympic system in the UK. Tom’s role is to collaborate closely with the organisation’s performance partners and coaches, to refine and implement a comprehensive programme tailored to nurture young female driving talent.

Jordan King is a Driver Coach at More than Equal, bringing to the programme her lived experience of a career behind the wheel of a race car, alongside extensive coaching experience in a variety of racing classifications.
Jordan brings extensive experience professional racing across Formula 1, IndyCar and the World Endurance Championship, most recently as Development Driver and Race Support Simulator for the Alpine Formula 1 team. He additionally serves as Reserve and Development Driver for the Mahindra Formula E. With a vast experience in professional racing, he has stood on 129 podiums to date.
Jordan brings a wealth of technical and racing experience to the More than Equal Driver Development Programme, a high-performance preparation programme that supports young, talented female drivers who have the ambition to develop into elite racing drivers. Drivers on the programme will benefit from the insight and intelligence from coaches alongside the wider development programme team, including coaching group Hintsa Performance, who have contributed to the success of 18 Formula 1 World Champions.

Alex was also named ‘Broadcast Sport commentator of the year’ in 2022.
